HOW TO USE

1. Exfoliate your lips and lightly hydrate them.
2. Line your lips with the rounded tip applicator for more precision.
3. Use the applicator to swipe a layer over lips and let dry a few seconds. Add a second layer for a more intense look.

To wear alone or under a gloss for a light reflecting and volumizing effect.

Pro tip: Add more volume by applying a lighter Ultrawear Liquid Matte to the center of your lips and blend.
